GS Further Interview
Hi.
I had been invited to the GS Asia final round in NYC but because of visa problem, I was not able to attend the superday.
So they arranged me a telephone interview for the final round instead, I thought the interview went ok, but late at night I received a call from HR telling me since they've just heard me on the phone, they would like to arrange a further interview for me in London sometime this week(im in UK).
I know if I managed to get the offer straight away if will be extremely unfair to those candidates who flew over and attended the whole Superday in NY. But still I am wondering is this further interview thing a normal process or if I should see this as a negative sign as they don't really want me that much? And I am assuming they are sending offers rite now, will this further process weaken my chance of getting in?
Thank you for any comments!
Recrutiments in Asia region interview in many differnt locations over the world. My original superday was scheduled for NYC too. Since I am studying abroad in London, they changed it to London.
I did not get a second phone interview thou.
Also, if they are not interested in you after your second phone interview, they wouldn't invite you to the superday. Prepare yourself really good, and good luck
