Hi first time losing on this I was just wondering if anybody can give me feedback on what to do. I currently graduated from a non target school and my goal is to work at a hedge fund many people are telling that I would have to work at An asset management firm or equity research to get into a hedge fund. What would I have to do to work at asset management firm or equity research so eventually i can branch out to a hedge fund what steps would I have to take?
