Had a pretty unstructured botique IB internship, need help discussing it in interviews

So I did some pretty good work and got some good experience, but the issue is I was never really "staffed" or put onto a deal team. I worked under an MD and associate and they would just send over whatever work they wanted me to do. So I was doing small projects for like 6-7 deals at once. I never fully sat in on a deal beginning to end, and saw it close. I never witnessed actual parts of the deal, just sent in deliverables I was told to do that would support the deal.

I know a big thing in interviews is discussing your deal/transaction experience, but how do I explain this in my interviews? Thanks guys.
