Just saw someone at my school (non diversity, target) get an offer for BAML 2023 SA as a rising sophomore (co 2025). I had thought most sophomore class IB recruiting started in August. Is it too late for me to apply and network now? Is BAML done with their sophomore recruiting for 2023? Thanks.
