Hi,
Currently I am a financial advisor, but have always been interested in becoming an investment banking analyst and similar jobs. When I apply for such jobs, I get responses that I am too experienced in financial advising, and they are usually looking either with someone with IB experience or students with no experience at all. How can I break the ice here?
