Headhunters aren't reaching out
Incoming first year IB analyst. After filling out the headhunter forms that they've emailed me, they aren't reaching out to schedule a call.
Is anyone going through the same thing?

Bro I am a second year MBB .. my firm sent tons of kids to good funds (MM/UMM and some LCs) the last years but my inbox is also nearly ded.
In a recent townhall they told that fluctuation in our firm is among lowest ever (people not leaving voluntarily).
When I look at the team pages at well known funds there also seems to be like zero fluctuation. The same dudes that joined the firm years ago are still associates.
