[HELP] EB Drug Test
All,
I received an offer to lateral to an EB in the NYC office. I've been notified that the offer is contingent on successful passing of a drug test.
NYC recently passed a law stating that most employers cannot pre-screen an applicant for THC/marijuana as a condition of employment.
From a legal perspective, is this being enforced, and should I expect that the test will only screen for non-marijuana drugs? Can they still make me take a THC/marijuana test? Does anyone have recent experience with this? If I do test positive, can they rescind the offer?

Any updates on this? Are they testing for THC?
Did not hear from HR so I assume I passed OR that they do not care if I failed.
I asked the drug technician on the day of the drug test if it was even legal to test for THC in NY and she shook her head so I assume that the company is not allowd to test for it.
How many days do u have to stay clean for (weed, nose candy) to have a clean test?
