Help! How do I reach out to a hiring manager for a position I've previously rejected?
Long story short. I am having buyer's remorse on my current job.
1 year in, I am already looking elsewhere due to synergy and general lack of direction.The thing is, I had a parallel offer running when I applied for the current one.
Ultimately I did not go for the other offer as I was too tunnel visioned on the salary, upside potential component and ignored everything else.
Now I am having serious second thoughts on my choice and am considering approaching the hiring manager of the rejected position but need advice on how to do so.
Anyone has had successful experience in this and how was it managed? Be it from the candidate or manager side.
