Help! Phone Interview to Superday. International application
Hi, I have applied to a lot of firms for IB roles and had been invited to multiple phone interviews and/or Superday for SA/FT position. However, every single time the offer had been declined before/in between/after interview due to requirement of visa sponsorship regardless of being told that they would love to work with me and am such a great fit.
For sa/off cycle internship - I'm told that they don't sponsor visa for position with fix end date. For full time - I'm told that as I don't have any experience with big firms/ib.
NOTE : I have a GPA of 3.73/4.0I have also tried for other roles such as S&T, AWM and CB, but, the result is same.
