Help to decide what to pursue

I am looking for some guidance in order to decide on what first job/industry I should go after. I realize that I have pretty much entirely missed the IB window, which is fine by me, but what about everything else? I don’t feel like I have a true calling, but I have solid connections in Consulting, S&T, and Wealth Management. What should I pursue/ what does each one give me the opportunity to do? Is there another industry I should look at that would be a good analyst role? I also had a boss tell me that I might be good at Capital Marekts, what does that mean and what is a job opportunity there? I want something prestigious, but not 100 hours a week.
