HF Intern to BB S&T intern to FT IB?
Currently a 2024 grad. Interning at a mid sized HF and will be a S&T intern at a BB next summer. Coming from a non target I had to eat up the first offer (BB S&T) I received to get my foot in the door. My skillset is much more catered towards a role in IB and ultimately I aspire to end up in IB FT. Does anybody have any experience or insight into making the transition from junior year S&T to BB/EB IB?
