There were times where I had terrible HireVues (e.g. ran out of time when answering) and still got on superdays, and there were times where I felt like I had done well and did not even go to first round.
This whole HireVue process is still a mystery to me. Does anybody know how does HireVue fit in the whole applicant selection proccess? Do humans even watch them or is it an AI screening tool?
