Hiring demand in 2022?
Incoming 2022 SA here wondering about what lateral opps will look in 2022.
Obviously, right now, there is a high demand for talent at many banks, arguably, making it easier to lateral around. Do you think that this hiring demand will continue to be high going into 2022-2023?
