For FT recruiting? If so, almost all banks have been like this for a few years now. FT recruiting is almost impossible these days.
Best case/worst case scenario?
Well, obviously best case is you get a spot and worst case is you don't. I would strongly suggest networking heavily. That is about the only way to get FT interviews other than the one-off spots that may go to target school kids.
