Honest mistake, wrong GPA on Resume. Please help!!

I have 1 course I got a D+ or worse in and I decided to retake the class to learn last semester and my friend told me that he has retaken a class before to learn and that it would be not count.

I was careless in failing to research enough to learn that for classes D+ or lower, there will still be no credit awarded, but the grades would still be somehow factored into GPA even without the credit in something called "Honors Points", so the C grade I got while not trying hard was factored into my grade.

I keep an Excel sheet of my GPA calculations so I did not factor in the C I got retaking the class because I didn't know it factored into the GPA.

Without factoring in the retake GPA, my spreadsheet showed 3.2968 GPA so I listed my GPA as 3.3 in my applications and I have recruited on that for the past 3 months, but when I went to get my transcript when one of the companies asked, it showed 3.2421 GPA with the GPA of the "C" of the repeated course counted. Even if I wanted to round to the tenth, I would be 0.008 GPA off from 3.25 so it's just a flat out lie.

The highest minimum GPA that companies I am talking to require is 3.2 GPA so I am not crossing any lines there, but I am devastated right now thinking that I could have messed up all the companies I applied for with this stupid mistake.

Some of the companies are still in interview phases so there is still time for those. How would you recommend that I tell them? Should I just start that with the interviews or should I contact the HR department now to replace my application on their file? What should I do for the companies that I already have offer from? Should I wait to see if they bring it up and then tell them my explanation? Do you think companies will rescind their offer because of this?

Please let me know anything, I really don't know what I should do.
