Hong Kong Corporate & Investment Banking Recruitment

I have recently sat down for a final round of interview with Santander Corporate & Investment Bank Hong Kong office. The interview took place last week Thursday and I still haven't had any response from the HR department. I am well aware that I should be keep applying and looking for other opportunities regardless of the final outcome but I really wanted to break into Santander since the department was the one that I really wanted to work in and the hiring managers seemed really fantastic people to work with.

But majority of opinions on WSO and other high-finance websites mentioned that I should take it as a reject if the reply hasn't reached me within the 2~3 days period.

Should I take it as a reject and just forget about it or do you guys think there is still a slight hope for an offer to join them?
