Houlihan Lokey Spring Wks/Summer Analyst (London)

Interested in Rx and HL is undoubtedly a top shop in the field in both US/UK. I was wondering what the convertibility of the Spring Week at HL is like and relatedly, how competitive are the SA applications to HL (Rx)? SA job descriptions from HL seem to place a heavy emphasis on strong technical knowledge/modelling skills and indicate a preference for those with prior banking experience.

Would be grateful to hear from anyone who is at or has experience with HL UK.

Spring week conversion is minimal, if anything this will feed into summer programmes. For SA they look to convert everyone, provided a lemon didn’t get through. The process is quite competitive for the SA spots, most people who get through CV screening will have multiple previous IB internships or a few years relevant work experience. The key will be to have the right motivation for why RX interests you (online RX interview guides are pretty good).
