How can I get mid level banking job

I'm looking to get some advice on how to break into non-Investment banking roles. I'm hoping to get into consulting with the big 4 or get into a big bank as a wholesale credit analyst or CLDP like program that offers. I have been talking with recruiters and sending out resumes but have not been getting many interviews (I got a corp finance interview with JnJ).

3.5 Gpa Finance Major Non-Target school Northwestern Mutual Internship Unheard of consulting company Internship Member of a prestigious business frat/org on campus Chair of Finance Committee 89th Percentile on Bloomberg Apt test

Any help would be appreciated.
