how cooked am I if my expectations aren’t high

High GPA, target (think UChicago/Duke/Georgetown), qualify for diversity (but generally not the diversity that’s wanted). Started recruiting late and I’m spending probably 6-7 hours a day on top of school work recruiting, networking, learning technicals, and more. I am good with MM/Boutique (I’d be very grateful for an MM) in hopes I can lateral, or if I like it stay. Am I cooked if overall if I started recruiting actually in late December? Any tips if you were in my boat…
