How did you get into Bloomberg LP?

If you ever got a job offer at Bloomberg, what did you do to convince HR and the Hiring Manager that you're a great fit for the job? Over the past year I sent some applications but I never even made it to any interviews. I'm not sure if it has something to do with my skills or the results from my Plum assessment. I wanna give myself more chances since there are still positions opened, but some feedback would absolutely help! I won't be upset if I never make it there, but I have nothing to lose if I keep trying.

Appreciate it in advance
