I have a IB Internship for next summer and I have already started reaching out to individuals at the different groups that I am interested in. I have mostly spoken to analysts and one associate. What is the best approach to start making my way up to associates, VPs, MDs, or even staffers? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
