How do you aggressively climb the ladder in your career?
Are you looking to stand out as an Analyst/Associate at a single firm to try and get promoted quicker? Are you supposed to be actively searching for new jobs once you start getting towards the end of the year? For a firm that has a 3 year analyst -> 3 year associate program would you advise working for about a year and a half and looking for associate level positions elsewhere? I'm curious on how to leverage how to aggressively grow my compensation and title as quickly as possible and how people tend to do this.
