How do you get the most out of a networking conference?

For these conferences for crypto or even derivatives (I see a derivatives conference in Frankfurt coming up in May) how do you get the most out of these as a younger person in the space?

Attending something like BTC Miami, Permissionless, Consensus, or even the more traditional ones like the Chicago HFT/Trading conferences or the Derivatives Conference in Frankfurt, does anyone have advice on proper etiquette, networking advice, etc.

What is typically the goal of these conferences - I assume it's mainly sales focused and looking for partnerships/business opportunities, but is there any benefit to attending these as a junior employee just to learn more about the space and get your name out there?
