How do you keep up with business cards?
Do you have an excel file, do you use a program, or do you just store them all?

For networking, I used a comprehensive excel file to keep track of names, companies, contact information, what we discussed, etc.
You throw them away because they are useless...that's what outlook contacts are for.
Give them to your admin. She will input them in outlook.

I don't have any experience with other scanners like this, but my boss uses this one and it works really well. It is a bit pricey, but she has literally stacks of these and actually uses the connections quite often, so its neat. She can use it to search DC for example and it will show all her contacts there that she could meet up with again on a trip there..whatnot..
