How do you take coffee chats in the office?

How does the general process of scheduling and taking networking calls from college students work as an analyst? I did a lot of networking to break into banking and I want to give back that time to students that call me once I hit the desk, but I’ve never actually thought about how that works. Do you take it in the bullpen around other analysts or is that a big distraction? Do you work while you talk or does it depend on the day? Any tips or tricks from seasoned analysts on the best ways to take prospective interns calls would be appreciated.
