How does FT recruiting work?
I recently accepted an offer from a MM bank for 2021 SA but don’t want to stay at the bank following my internship. I am a complete non target and non diversity student so I didn’t want to risk giving up an offer in my hand and wait out applications for other firms. As a result, although I don’t particularly like the culture of the bank, I ended up accepting the MM offer.
However, I 100% want to go to a different firm for FT. Was wondering what the FT recruiting timeline and process looks like and what should I be doing?
