How Friendly Is IB To Small Size?
A friend of mine ranted how everyone in finance has it 6.2 inches and longer. Way different than the size found in tech (generalizing of course).
Anymore on the inside with stories of smaller sizes doing well in IB?
Nomura, Mizuho, SMBC, and MUFG generally hire more on the smaller size.
I mean 3.5 is the new 6.2 because of inflation
