How long are your interview processes?
I haven’t interviewed in a long time and can’t tell if these timelines are normal. Interviewed with a BB for a VP level trading role, and it literally took 3 months to get through 4 stages of interviews.
Like 4/8 initial screen, 4/12 recruiter responded back asking about schedule for next 2 weeks, 4/17 responded setting next interview for 4/23, then received feedback from recruiter and asked for schedule again on 5/1. And this went on til first week of July for 4 stages of interviews.
Mind you, I responded same day (often within the hour) to each email asking about schedule. But there was a consistent gap of like 3 weeks for each interview. How do firms operate this way?
And then I got given verbal offer last week on 7/13 and no email since regarding written offer despite follow ups…
