How long does it usually take to hear back from a super day?

The title pretty much says it all. I had a super day this week for a FT position and am wondering how long it usually takes to make a decision and let candidates know.

Varies greatly - some firms get back to you later in the night, some take a week+. Also depends on whether you are first choice or not (you might be waiting on other candidates to reject offers first before they let you know their decision).

it varies A LOT

i have had friends that heard as quickly as getting the phone call while exiting the building just minutes after completing the super day

however I've also had friends that heard 1-2 weeks post super day so don't be discouraged if u haven't heard yet

all you have to worry about is making sure you give your best showing during that super day and let the rest of the process play it self out

all the best

This question has been answered a million times. Under normal circumstances, if you are given an offer, they will inform you that afternoon/evening, or the next day. If you get an offer a week later, it is possible that someone else refused theirs (frankly who cares) and so they gave one to you. Due to COVID, it is harder to schedule all of the "superday" interviews on the same day. My firm took a week to do the "superday," but let everyone know exactly when they'd find out whether they did or did not get the job (at the end of the superday week by ex time). There is nothing you can do now, so don't stress about when.
