Looking for people with experience in getting hired overseas.
I've accepted an IBD position with a BB (story of interview://www.wallstreetoasis.com/forums/jump-from-research-to-banking-after-blee…) and am currently waiting for confirmation of a start date.
I guess normally MBA graduates start in July, I talked with one of the MDs about coming on earlier. They've submitted an early start application, and I have to go through the Visa process, but how long does the onboarding process for new hires normally take? I'd really like to give notiec at my current firm and get over to the new shop. Also, I'd like to start dealing with the logistics of moving.
