How long to hear back from lateral final round?
What is the typical timeline to hear back from a lateral final round? Is it usually same / next day like SA recruiting? Or does it tend to take a few days / up to a week? Thanks!
I went through several processes last two months. Typically heard back following day / early the following week.
Generally, if you're their top choice, it's right after your super day. If you're obviously not a fit, they call you pretty quickly. If you have nothing, you're probably just on their waitlist in case a better candidate rejects them.
Just went through a lateral analyst process and the above poster is correct. Had four interviews on a Monday, heard back Tuesday afternoon with offer....
