How long to wait after final interview?
I interviewed last Wednesday (9 business days ago) with a small HF of just 10 people (total), and was told I'd hear back a decision this week.
I haven't heard back - does that mean I am not getting it?

Follow up every week until you get an answer. Did they not reply to your follow up? Small shops tend to be unorganized/unstructured and they are likely digging through TONS of resumes...my vote is to send 2 follow ups, then give them a call.
I am in contact through a recruiter, not with the fund directly, who just asked me to "chill out" (real direct quote) and that I should receive an update "soon" (he's been saying that for 2 weeks now).
