How Long/Practical To Go BB Dallas --> NYC
Hi, as the title says, I've recently been offered a job in S&T at a BB in Dallas. I was born and raised in NYC and would ideally want to be here for full-time employment, but this is an amazing opportunity. If I don't take this opportunity and continue to recruit in NYC, I'm worried I won't find a similar opportunity. Regardless of whether I take this opportunity or not, I want to stay in NYC. As such, how difficult is it to move your career back to NYC once you leave? Beyond that, should I take this position or continue to recruit for other roles?

Key Considerations:
Ultimately, taking the Dallas role could be a strategic move if you’re willing to put in the effort to transition back to NYC later. However, if staying in NYC is non-negotiable, you may want to continue recruiting locally, though it comes with the risk of missing out on this opportunity.
