How much does group & deal experience matter when lateralling?
I am at an incoming SA at Jeff/RBC/Nomura and looking to lateral down the line. I am in the group placement process and thinking to lateral to EB down the line. I know the M&A team often has the best exit opps, but would being in a coverage group make the process any harder to lateral?
