How to apply for Market Risk Positions
How can I apply for Credit/Market risk positions? I have applied on corporate sites, but I have not been contacted back.. not even once.
And also does this fall under ops? or ibd
Network your way in. Risk is usually considered a middle office position as well
Credit and market risk jobs are considered middle office (like Bobb said). Applying on company websites is usually not productive, the odds of them getting back to you are low.
What's your background? For market risk, you generally need a pretty quantitative background.
How should I apply? I have cold emailed HR, and employees. HR tells me to apply on the corporate site, and the employees tell me to email HR....
Can't you apply through your school/OCR?
all the TAS and market/credit risk positions are for NY, and my school is in PA
