How To Approach Asking For a Job at a Place That Might be A Front?

I know this may be a bit off topic but I was wondering if anyone has any advice…

In the office building that I currently have my job at there is another place I want to apply to and it potentially may be a front.

I’m not 100% it is, but there are many signs that I have picked up on. I honestly would really like to get a job with them regardless of what they really do because these guys have ridiculous amounts of money, don’t ask how I know. I need to make more money than what I’m making right now. What is the best way to approach asking them for a job without being sketchy or sounding stupid?
