How to ask for a referral
Had two phone calls with two different people in a group this week. Have another one coming up on Monday. The group has a job posting. I thought that the calls went well and both really liked me. They didn’t ask if I was looking for a referral or if I was looking at jobs in the company. I followed up with both thanking them for the time and they both answered. Should I tell them both I am applying, the one I felt I had a better convo with, or wait to speak to the third member in the group.
