Hi, can someone explain to me how you did that without burning bridges (too much), and what were the reactions from your then-current MD? Was your bonus affected (I assume yes)?
Why I'm seeking an internal transfer: my group only pitches and does close to 0 deal execution. I believe everybody agrees this is problematic.
