How to create a Finance Club from scratch?

Hi, i am a finance student from LatAM.

Currently, in my university there is only a finance club, but is focused on making a conference about an actual relevant topic in Finance.

But, I want to make a more "traditional" finance club, focused on building technicals and soft-skills directed to employability in the industry through a simulation of what an actual firm looks like.

I have thinked of having 3 divisions, to make it simple at first: Investment Banking, Markets & Asset Management, Consulting.

I’d appreciate your thoughts on how to make this a solid project.
