No need to delete them. Just log back in and update your info and or wording on your resume for the next position you apply to. You may need to tailor your resume differently for different positions. There may also be an option to withdraw your applications you've already submitted if that's what you're worried about.

If you're asking this because you want your info deleted because you took another position, note that many companies delete those Taleo profiles after 90 days of inactivity.

I found a guy online who is able to delete them all.
