How to figure exit ops using LinkedIn
Say you want to see what people in the past at specific companies have done after their analyst stint. Can you utilize linkedin in a more efficient way to do this?
I've been searching linkedin such as this: company x, analyst. I only really get current analysts at that job. I want to see where past analysts at that job have gone.
It may be annoying, but I usually just google 'LinkedIn [Company I'm working at] [Company I want to exit to]' for the companies I want to exit to / see if there were any exits. It's tedious, but it will allow you to examine some people who made the transition - you can also view their related searches because they'll tend to be from the same companies.
