I have seen a few comments/posts on here that mention that certain newly established and small funds (AM/HF) might hire people with little experience. I was wondering where I can find a list of such funds that I can cold call/email. I am specifically looking in southern California.

Anyone? I am just trying to understand how to google search less known funds that have very small teams and do not even advertise their openings online. So far, when I try to search, I am able to find a map of funds, even unlisted on job boards, but they are all still companies that have large AUM's, and would be way to hard to cold call with positive results.
