How to break into EU market from abroad

Hey everyone,

I'm a 24yo 2nd year analyst in an asset management firm in Brazil, working in Real Estate/Structured Credit.

Looking to move and work abroad in 2023, preferably in Europe as i have dual citizenship there and therefore no need of a sponsored visa, but open to other markets. No specific field in mind, just looking for a way in. Will be taking the CFA L1 exam next month.

What would be the most accessible way into the market in terms of job opportunities? What can i do to improve my chances? If you have any tips on selling my case in resume/networking/interviews, it would be much appreciated.
