How to get an HR job at an investment bank?
I have 7 years of progressive HR experience in NYC (non-financial firms), a bachelors business degree, PHR, and a huge desire to work at an investment bank (Barclays, City, etc.) my resume is fine. But I don't even get "we regret to inform you" e-mail... could you advice?
