How to get into an Emerging Markets coverage team
Hi everyone,
I am currently covering industrials at BB. Having been involved in several deals which were 100% dependent on EM products and knowledge im quite interested in covering EM full time in DCM preferably but i dont really mind. Im a 2nd year analyst and quite enjoy IBD to be honest.
My knowledge of EM is pretty good, i leverage my colleagues mainly and obviously bbg and reuters - more recently a really good daily update mail from EM Hound (Emerging Markets Hound).
How can i make the switch to another bank and what are the best places for em coverage?
