How to get on headhunters lists? Incoming analysts
Current senior at a target, incoming analyst at a mid BB in a top group. How do I get on headhunters lists for PE recruiting for on cycle? I know of some people that have already started to get headhunter outreach, but they interned at an EB, not my bank. I just updated my LinkedIn to say incoming IB analyst and I have my email in my LinkedIn but do I need to do anything else?
