how to get recruiters/staffing firms to help you?
I'm looking for a position in the midwest or west coast and I can't get any staffing firms to help me. I submitted my resume on their websites. Is there a better method that works?
I have already submitted my resume to Michael Page, Robert Half, and some other big sites, but I haven't gotten one response. How can I get their help to try to place me?
Try calling them, meeting them and sitting down with them?
I don't think just placing your resume with them is going to cut it
