How to Lateral?
I'm looking to lateral and all the posts I could find here recommend reaching out to contacts or just applying on the career sites since experienced recruiting isn't a blackhole. But what if I don't have contacts at some firms? Will alum be less receptive if I reach out as a professional and not a student?
