How to manage headhunter relationship?

Hi all, current first year analyst at a top BB. A headhunter got in touch with me and we have been talking through a position that she wants me to interview for. While the work looks great the comp is a bit low albeit with a slightly larger bonus on the recent increases to 100k+. I will probably let this pass (also thinking about staying another year to get the full BB experience) I am also feeling a weird sense of dread loyalty to my BB probably just seeing how chill my MDs life looks and don’t know what to do. How do I manage this with the HH to let go of this opportunity but keep in touch with her for future jobs that I may look into.
