How to network after accepting a SA offer

I have already accepted an SA offer for next summer; however, I would like to network with people from other banks for full-time recruiting purposes in case I don't get a return offer next summer. How do I go about this and maintaining a long-term relationship? Typically, people ask for resumes and assume that you are reaching out to have your resume be circulated to HR.
